777zz Terms and Conditions — What Every Player Needs to Know

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 777zz ("the Platform"). By accessing or using 777zz at 777zz.win, registering an account, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

777zz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the platform or through the registered email address on your account. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you should stop using the platform immediately.

These Terms are written in English for Pakistani players. In the event of any ambiguity, the plain meaning of these Terms as understood by a reasonable Pakistani adult will apply.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use a 777zz account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 777zz does not permit use of the platform by anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person or as a corporate entity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of a 777zz employee.
• You must not have been previously banned or suspended from the 777zz platform.
• The information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete and truthful. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

777zz reserves the right to refuse registration to any individual without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

3 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one active 777zz account at any time. Multiple accounts — whether created to claim bonus offers multiple times or for any other purpose — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds across duplicate accounts will be voided.
• All duplicate accounts will be closed.
• The primary account may also be suspended pending review.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. This includes keeping your password confidential and not permitting others to access your account. 777zz will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Account names, usernames or profile information that are offensive, misleading or impersonate another person or entity will be changed or removed without prior notice. 777zz reserves the right to suspend accounts using such identifiers.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 777zz are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Raast — instant bank transfer via the Raast instant payment system
• Bank Transfer — direct transfer from your Pakistani bank account

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Deposit page and may change without prior notice. Deposits are credited to your 777zz balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment provider — typically within a few minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa.

Withdrawal requests are processed as quickly as operationally possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests. 777zz does not charge withdrawal fees, but your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

777zz reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain amounts. This is a standard security and fraud prevention measure and is not a reflection on individual players.

In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect balance being credited to your account, 777zz reserves the right to correct the error and reclaim any funds erroneously added, including any winnings generated from incorrectly credited amounts.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

777zz offers a range of promotions including Welcome Bonuses, Reload Bonuses, Free Spins and seasonal offers tied to events such as PSL matches and T20 internationals. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household and per payment method unless explicitly stated as a repeating offer.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the individual promotion page.
• Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games. Certain games may be excluded from wagering contribution or may contribute at a lower percentage — this is specified per promotion.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period, the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited.
• 777zz reserves the right to withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

777zz offers Sports Betting (including Cricket, PSL, Football and Esports), Slots, Live Casino, Crash Games and Fish Games. The following rules apply across all gaming products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 777zz does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except in cases of obvious technical error on the platform's part.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all products and are displayed within the relevant game or betting market.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or technical error during a game round, 777zz will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly. Where a round cannot be completed, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• For Sports Betting, odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Live betting markets — including PSL in-play and T20 live betting — may be suspended at any time at 777zz's discretion, particularly around significant match events.
• 777zz reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of match fixing, result manipulation or other corrupt activity affecting the relevant sporting event.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and voiding of all associated winnings.

7 Responsible Gaming

777zz is committed to promoting a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. Gaming on 777zz is intended as entertainment. We encourage all players to approach gaming with the following principles in mind:

• Set a fixed PKR budget before each session and do not exceed it regardless of outcomes.
• Set a time limit for each gaming session and stop when the time is up.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

777zz reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected bonus abuse, fraud, collusion or use of prohibited software.
• Suspicion of money laundering or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Chargebacks raised against deposits made to 777zz.
• Threatening, abusive or harassing behaviour towards platform staff or other players.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 777zz reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play. Real-money deposits may be returned at 777zz's discretion after investigation.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting 777zz support. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method following the completion of any pending verification requirements.

9 Changes to These Terms

777zz may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via the platform's notification system or via the email address registered on their account.
